Types of Questions

Type	Description
Short text	A single-line text input used for brief, specific answers such as names, titles, or short responses.
Long text	A multi-line text area for detailed or open-ended responses where participants can write several sentences or paragraphs.
Options	A multiple-choice question where participants select exactly one option from a predefined list.
Yes / No	A binary choice question where respondents pick between two fixed answers (typically “Yes” or “No”).
Checkbox	A multi-select question where participants can choose one or more options from a predefined list.
